Residents are the Number One of the BPGIII for a reason. They are at the core of everything we do. They are the key to our success. In order to look forward at the ever-changing demographic of our Residents we must first remove the outdated ideology of the Landlord / Tenant relationship. There are few things more personal to a human being as their home and it is our responsibility to provide our Residents with a home that they can be proud of and a commitment to service that they can respect and cherish. If we can accomplish that level of commitment, then we will be successful in reaching all our goals.
