Communities are the Number Two of the BPGIII, but that does not mean that it is not just as important as any other component. To us, Community means more than caring only about our own footprint but also to the neighborhoods and surrounding areas we serve. We want to be good community leaders that are a close-knit part of the city. Ones that our neighbors can count on. In a day and time where multifamily operators are shunned from fine neighborhoods using terms such as NIMBY (not in my backyard), we strive to be an operator that can add value to the community and we can share the rewards of nicer, more sought after properties with our friends, families and neighbors.
